You’ll work on a variety of makes and models, diagnose and adjust systems to manufacturer specifications, advising the team on customer vehicle repairs and condition, and restoring vehicles to like-new condition, helping drive the overall success of the team. Earning Potential: Flat Rate compensation structure, tailored to your experience, certification and efficiency. Guarantee: To support stability, a biweekly minimum income is guaranteed, aligned with 64 flat-rate hours.
