Responsibilities: Lead and manage the delivery team to ensure timely and efficient service. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate deliveries. Oversee heavy lifting and moving of goods, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
