Your goal is to provide the highest level of customer service by offering advice, technical product information, training, testing, recommendations, and other forms of technical support to Profit Centers. You will work with manufacturers to support and maintain Bathica's existing offerings, and to bring new ones to market. In addition, you will work to identify customer needs as well as promote HVAC products. Additional duties will include:Demonstrating extensive and in-depth knowledge of HVAC products and their applications. Developing and maintaining critical documentation and resources, including the creation of new document templates when necessaryProviding expert technical guidance on HVAC products and installations in response to customer inquiriesOccasionally visit job sites to diagnose complex technical problems Implementing effective troubleshooting strategies and developing solutions for customersAct as a technical liaison between factory, internal teammates, and Profit CentresProvide technical support, and literature to customers to maintain strong relationships and help meet sales targetsExamine market opportunities and identify new potential customers and opportunitiesProvide recommendations on new products, services, and market trendsCreate training resources using data from equipment manufacturersParticipate in trade shows, training, and vendor product meetings to remain up to date on product knowledge, emerging trends, rebates, and product offerings.
