Our diverse and highly qualified team members and relentless commitment to excellence provide superior results for our clients.We are looking for security personnel who are professional, committed and have experience in security.ResponsibilitiesResponding to client requests and onsite emergenciesFace-to-face customer service to clients, public, and those working inside the buildingEnsuring the security of all personnel, visitors, and the publicInspecting & patrolling premisesMonitoring property accessInvestigating and reporting suspicious behavior, incidents, and security breachesEnforcing client informed policiesCommunicating with law enforcement, emergency medical personnel, and fire departmentsResponding to alarms Other duties to be completed as assignedScheduleAble to work up to 41.5 hours per week: Monday - Friday, from 11:00 am to 7:15 pmQualificationsA Valid BC Security LicenseRelevant experience in the security industryAbility to stand for long periods of time & complete routine patrolsExcellent customer service skills & professional deportmentStrong commitment to safety & securityExcellent communication and reporting skillsAdditional certifications are assets: AST, OFA 1, 2, 3, etc.Preference given to Maple Ridge residentsExperience in mall/shopping center security is an assetCompany PerksStarting wage $19.00/hourHealth & dental benefits for full-time employeesPaid training and subsidies for industry accreditationsReimbursement of Security License renewal fees (for full-time employees only)Annual Bonus and incentives depending on performanceUp to $1,000 in referral bonuses when your friends join the teamA culture of respect, mentorship, and upward mobilityAccess to exclusive employee discounts on over 5000 products & servicesReady to Apply?Upload your resume and a cover letter explaining why this role aligns with your goals.
