What it’s like to be a Northbridge Associate Underwriter?The Associate Underwriter is responsible for overseeing or assisting with the underwriting and management of assigned accounts in accordance with established guidelines and operational objectives, while ensuring compliance with national standards related to underwriting practices, data quality, and service level agreements. They work under close supervision or mentorship and within the limits of their authority level.Our Associate Underwriters are experts in their field who continuously strive to enhance their skills and are committed to maintaining strong relationships with our broker partners. This means they respond promptly to emails and calls and regularly schedule meetings with them.
