Professional and perfectly equipped, they are empowered to find the best solution.Being part of the WITRON Group, the WITRON Service Canada Corporation is internationally known as an expert in automated logistic systems.Responsibilities:Report product and equipment issues in assigned areasClear machine faults in a timely and efficient mannerWork together with team members to ensure equipment faults are rectifiedComplete reports for damaged cases, and other general order-picking machine issues Learn and understand system widgets for reporting purposesReturn all products and cases outside of automation to designated areasRegularly sweep floors, and remove dust from and underneath equipment and panelsMonitor system performance and operational statusEscalate repetitive faultsManipulate and drive system equipment as per system order message Provide feedback and updates on system performanceCompliance with all safety regulations of assigned tasks, and ensure a clean and safe working environment with active participation in the health and safety programOther duties as assignedYour role in our team:Operation and fault correction of automated material handling equipment in a fast production environmentTroubleshoot and correct system material flow issuesTroubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, and computer systems issues and escalate as appropriateBasic upkeep of system through effective management and clearing of products, packaging, and carrier materialIdeal candidate profile:1-2 years experience in a warehouse environment preferred but not requiredAbility to work in a team environmentAptitude for basic computer skillsPractical attitude and ability to learn new skillsMust be able to climb ladders and work at heights up to 30 meters after extensive training and with adequate personal protective equipment (PPE) including a fall protection safety harnessMust be able to work in conditions of +5C up to -28C with personal protective equipment (PPE) provided including cold temperature gear, facial gear, gloves, and handwarmersMust be able to work days, afternoons, nights and weekendsSalary range: $21-$26/hrJoin us at Witron and be a part of shaping the future of automated distribution centers.
