MOBILE CLIENT ADVISOR, AUTO INSURANCE Job Information Location: Kelowna, Powick Status: Full-Time  Compensation: Acera’s total compensation offerings are based on pay for performance that recognizes exceptional individual and company performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $45,000 - $80,000 CAD annually; the pay offering is based on location and will vary depending on related education, insurance experience, proven knowledge, skills, and internal equity.  Job Summary  We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Client Advisor, Auto Insurance to work out of our Kelowna Access Road office. We require a conscientious team player with the desire and ability to provide exceptional client service. Previous sales experience will be an asset as you will be working autonomously in a fast paced environment. The schedule for this role is made up of four 9 hour shifts per week. The successful candidate must be available to work on Saturdays.  You will use your expertise to: Provide auto and other types of insurance to clients at the various local dealerships which includes driving from location to location Be reliable, responsive, build and maintain relationships with dealership team members and clients Recommend and implement clients' insurance coverages, premiums and methods of payment Provide information on varying insurance policies, including risk coverages, limitations and other features Work with clients to manage and reduce their risk Respond to emergencies and assist clients with their claims Processing Transactions in EPIC, ICBC system, autolink and private insurers web portals Others duties and tasks as assigned by team leader We’d like to hear from you if you have: Must-haves (Minimum Requirements) Client focused mindset Adaptable and accepting of change Well-developed people and professional communication skills Courteous to clients and co-workers Adhere to the Insurance Council of BC Code of Conduct A Level 1 Insurance License with the requirement to successfully obtain a Level 2 license within 6 months Must have a valid driver’s license - Local travel is required between dealerships.
