As the face of our showroom, you’ll help customers in person, over the phone, and occasionally on-site—delivering an exceptional experience every time. From maintaining top-notch product presentations to generating leads, managing inventory, and hitting sales targets, you’ll play a key role in growing the K2 brand. What You’ll Do Support customers in the showroom and over the phone with knowledgeable, friendly service Manage warehouse operations: inventory accuracy, freight orders, and product quality control Maintain the showroom/yard to brand-standard presentation Generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and ensure client satisfaction Solve customer challenges with professionalism and positivity Create proposals and RFP responses, and present them confidently Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets Provide competitive, accurate pricing while maximizing profitability Conduct site visits and attend trade shows as needed Deliver timely feedback to management on pipeline activity and customer interactions Collaborate with internal teams and uphold K2’s business ethics and policies Perform other duties that contribute to a smooth, successful operation What You Bring Sales experience or background in masonry, landscaping, tool rental, or building supply Strong customer service mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment Solid communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation Motivated team player with creativity and enthusiasm Proficiency with basic computer programs (Windows, Outlook, etc.) Strong problem-solving, objection-handling, and relationship-building abilities Ability to perform basic math and manage pricing with accuracy Willingness to occasionally travel for sales events High integrity, work ethic, and reliability Valid driver’s license + access to a vehicle Summation Thank you for considering a career opportunity with The Hazelwood Group.
