Who We're Looking For:2+ years of recent experience as an Auto Body/Collision EstimatorICBC estimating experience is requiredStrong technical knowledge of collision repairs and partsExcellent customer service and communication skillsProficient with MS Office, Outlook, and DMS/CRM systems (PBS, CDK, MPI or similar)Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstractOrganized, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced environmentSchedule: Full-Time; Permanent Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 per year What You’ll Do:Prepare accurate collision repair estimates for customers and insurance partnersInspect vehicles, document damage, and determine required repairsCommunicate clearly with customers throughout the repair processCreate repair orders and update files in DMS/estimating systemsReview estimates, invoices, and final repairs with customersCoordinate towing, insurance requirements, and repair timelinesEnsure proper tagging, documentation, and vehicle intake proceduresPerform visual inspections before and after repairs for accuracyApply Now and take the next step in your careerTrotman Auto Group is an equal-opportunity employer.
