We want you on our team What we offer: Competitive compensation Honoring your pre-arranged vacation days Health & Well-Being: We are committed to ensuring a healthy work environment The successful candidate will: The successful candidate is expected to competently set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain packaging machines and production lines; ensure product quality and compliance with standards; perform adjustments, repairs, and preventive maintenance; monitor and resolve line issues; manage defective materials; complete facility repair tasks; train operators; assist with production as needed; source and order parts; collaborate with management on equipment improvements; adhere to all health and safety requirements; and perform other related duties as assigned. Education/Work experience requirements: 1-2 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician or Mechanic specializing in primary and secondary packaging (e.g. shrink wrapping, overwrapping and cartoning).
