This is an onsite role based in our Saint John brewery office. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, build intuitive dashboards, and deliver impactful analyses. Share svg.facebook_fill .st0{fill:#3B5998;} svg.linkedin_fill .st0{fill:#007BB6;} svg.email_fill .st0{fill:#09B0FF;} svg.email_fill .st1{fill:#FFFFFF;} What you'll do Responsibilities Manage requirements from stakeholders to understand business objectives, metrics, and decision-making needsGather requirements and translate business questions into clear reporting and analysesCollect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completenessExecute data analysis to surface trends, drivers, and actionable insights to inform decisionsDevelop, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insightsPresent analyses and findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesCommunicate progress, key results, and potential risks to stakeholders on an ongoing basisResearch and prototype new analytical techniques, tools, and data visualization approachesExecute exploratory and diagnostic analyses to uncover patterns, correlations, and root causesManage data integrity through continuous quality checks and documentationContribute to continuous improvement by sharing ideas, best practices, and new tools/techniques What you'll need Qualifications Diploma in Business and Advanced Analytics from NBCC or equivalent 2-year Data Analytics programExperience with data modeling and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similarProficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, R, MATLAB, or DAXStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracySolid understanding of statistical methods and familiarity with machine learning conceptsAbility to interpret stakeholder requirements and deliver timely, actionable resultsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, collaborative, and capable of working independentlyQuick learner with a demonstrated ability to adopt new tools and technologiesKnowledge of databases, data warehousing, and data cubes is considered an asset A little bit about us Moosehead Breweries Limited Moosehead Breweries is the last major brewery in Canada still owned by Canadians.
