Posting End Date:January 26, 2026Employee Type:Regular-Full timeUnion/Non: This is a non-union positionWe’re looking for a Project Controls Advisor to support Integrity project execution by providing cost monitoring, reporting, scheduling, and analysis throughout the project lifecycle. If you are detail‑oriented, collaborative, and passionate about meaningful project work that supports safe and reliable operations, we’d love to hear from youWhat you will do:Provide full Project Control Management, consisting of cost/schedule development and control during the full lifecycle of projects.Generate regular and ad hoc analysis including graphs, summary tables, and presentations.Assist the Integrity Engineer/ Project Manager in project scope management by providing insight into scope definition, verification, change control and financial health of projects.Work with internal team to understand the incurred field costs and stakeholders for indirect costs and compare against budget and monthly forecast values.Prepare expenditure profiles, work force histogram and total program monthly forecast summaries for projects.Provide estimating support to other Integrity Execution teams for internal cost controls.Track Key Performance Indicators and work with Integrity Execution teams to improve overall execution of projects.Develop templates, examples, and policies & procedures to assist the project managers to implement the Gating Controls Process.Prepare project status with variance analysis and reasoning for management.Who you are:University Degree or Technical Diploma in Engineering or Accounting related fields. Other post-secondary education may be considered.Minimum of 5 years of Project Controls or Project Management experience is required.General understanding of pipeline and terminal operations.High proficiency in MS Excel required (v-lookups, pivot tables, graph generation, sumifs, etc.).Predict obstacles, challenges and risks to proactively determine mitigation strategies and innovative solutions to problems.Excellent oral and written communications skills.Software experience with: MS Office Suite, Oracle/SAP.Problem solving, decision-making, organization, planning and leadership skills.Collaborative, team- and service-oriented work style.Motivated self-starter who works well independently in a fast-paced team environment.Working knowledge of PowerBI.Working Conditions:Enbridge provides driven workplace programs that differentiate us and offer flexibility to our team members.
