That’s why we’re looking for a results-driven, hands-on manager to manage and develop a team of talented experts to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.Candidate Requirements:Retail management experience – in wireless or electronics, a definite assetProven ability to drive Team, Sales Results and Service, with operational effectivenessSolid track record of managing budgets, forecasting sales, merchandising, and retail metricsExperience with recruitment, coaching, HR, and Canadian employment standardsStrong communication and presentation skills – we’re selling communicationsGood customer service instincts: Action to help first, eye for detail, problem solverAbility to work evenings and weekendsSound Like a great fit?
