To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our Lake Country Co-op brand to life, visit us at .Reporting to the Food Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.• Provide Legendary Service at all touch points though various communication channels.• Maintain a safe and efficient area while adhering to company policies, procedures, and standards in social responsibility and the selling of age restricted items relating to wine, spirits, beer, tobacco, and lottery.• Serve guests, operate point-of-sale (POS) system, dispense fuel and propane when required, stock and face shelves and perform general housekeeping duties.• Monitor code dates to always ensure the freshest inventory on the shelf; follow first in, first out (FIFO).• Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.• Perform all other duties as assigned.• Embody our values of Honesty, Innovation, Responsibility and Respect.Why it matters:Our Lake Country Co-op team provides a range of products and services to support our 54,680 member-owners in 20 different communities.
