Together we ensure everyone goes home safe and sound. The Details… We are looking to round out our team for 2025 with full time Team Members. The season runs from mid/late March to early December. Many of our staff take January and February to travel and rest. Our wages are competitive, with flexibility for seasoned candidates. On top of a fair wage ($22 base rate up to $30 leader), we offer: Team members receive monthly contributions to a Health Savings Account. Eligible medical expenses including paramedical (chiropractor, RMT, etc.), dental, and prescription drug costs can be reimbursed from this account. Supplementary Unemployment Benefit plan for eligible team members (we top up your EI in the winter months). Weekly pay schedule. No weekend hours required. Investments into your personal and professional growth through mentorship, apprenticeship sponsorships, and continuing education and training. Discounts at Mark’s Work Warehouse and other industry-associated retailers and a subsidized uniform. Working every day in some of the nicest residential gardens Toronto has to offer. Who are we looking for… The most essential qualifications are an eagerness to be helpful, a sense of humility, and the desire to learn from others. In addition, these qualifications will help you stand out: Experience working long hours in a physically demanding role. Physical fitness, strength, and agility. G class license with experience driving commercial vehicles in downtown Toronto. Experience with gardening/landscaping and familiarity with tools and equipment use.
