Qualifications Education: Certifications and Registrations ·Current Registration with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario and experience in a core lab environment. Skill, Ability & Experience: ·Excellent time management skills; ability to organize work and set priorities for self and others is required ·Excellent problem recognition and problem solving-skills required ·Effective verbal and written communication skills required ·Computer literacy required ·Ability to work effectively as a leader and /or team member required ·Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment required ·Ability to work accurately under stressful conditions required ·Ability to work independently required ·Knowledge of applicable Hospital and departmental policies, procedures, guidelines, protocols and practices required ·Sound judgment required ·Fluency in both official languages is an asset ·Excellent phlebotomy skills ·Demonstrate interest in continuing education required ·Good attendance and positive work record required Kirkland Lake -
