The position requires occasional travel to client sites. For this reason, only candidates located within a “reasonable distance” from our office will be considered.In addition to client support, the selected candidate will participate in stimulating and varied internal projects. Responsibilities Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 IT support Proactively monitor alerts, security, and backups Manage Cloud and hybrid environments Prepare, configure, repair, and deploy computers and network equipment Participate in the deployment of new environments and the migration of existing client environments Contribute to client and internal projects in collaboration with the IT leadership team Write technical documentation and ensure proper follow‑up with the rest of the team Qualifications DEC or AEC in IT, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune) Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and above Knowledge of Microsoft Office Functional knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server (2003 and above) Functional knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, RDS, etc.) Functional networking knowledge (DHCP, DNS, VPN, etc.) Bilingualism (spoken and written) Valid driver’s license Assets Experience as a system administrator Functional knowledge of Linux Functional knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and MySQL AWS or Microsoft certification Desired Skills Resourcefulness and initiative Strong team spirit Curiosity and willingness to learn Autonomy and strong organizational skills Professionalism and discretion Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service Conditions Status: Full‑time Schedule: Monday to Friday Availability: In rare cases, work outside regular business hours may be required Workplace: Les Coteaux (QC) Mobility: Required
