Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 15 years of practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery Minimum 3 years in a senior lead role leading a team of SAP professionals Undergraduate degree or diploma in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or a related field Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, MM, and IM modules Proven track record of successful SAP implementations as a Functional Lead or Lead Architect Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to interact with all levels of business stakeholders Willingness to learn, teach, and share information Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience in SAP development estimation and using best practices in SAP solution delivery Strategic and flexible thinker with problem-solving skills Experience in mentoring junior team members Day-to-Day Responsibilities Own and drive SAP solutions to support business functions Design and implement SAP solutions that meet business requirements Ensure integrity of all solutions through appropriate testing and quality assurance practices Work with 3rd party providers on SAP initiatives Facilitate business strategy with technology by understanding strategy, process, and business needs Host and drive interactive working sessions with business stakeholders Assist with the prioritization of demand items in the P2P space Develop and mentor junior team members Company Benefits & Culture Supportive and inclusive work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Commitment to diversity and inclusion For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
