This high visibility role partners directly with senior leadership in Sales, Operations, and Product to drive profitable growth and improve decision making across the organization.You will build out the FP&A function, improve our forecasting processes, and deliver insights that shape pricing, customer strategy, and long range planning.ResponsibilitiesLead the annual operating plan, monthly forecast, and long range planning processesPartner with Sales and Operations to analyze pricing, customer/channel/segment profitability, and overall margin performanceDevelop driver based financial models and dashboards to improve forecasting accuracy and business visibilityPartner closely with finance teams across Canada & The U.S.A. to build a deep understanding of business performance, operational drivers, and regional market dynamics.Lead monthly business reviews and present insights to senior leadershipOversee financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance metricsIdentify opportunities to streamline processes and automate reportingSupport strategic initiatives, capital investments, and ROI analysisOversee review and processing of rebates and account deductionsPerform additional duties as neededQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldCPA Designation5+ years of progressive FP&A or finance business partnering experienceStrong financial modeling and analytical skillsExperience supporting commercial or operational teamsAdvanced Excel proficiency; strong command of financial systemsExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadersPreferred:Experience with SAP/BPCExperience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)Strong understanding of GAAP and SOX complianceEducationBachelor's Degree in Finance or AccountingWe OfferHigh impact role with visibility to senior leadershipOpportunity to modernize FP&A processes and build new capabilitiesGlobal company with strong brand recognition and long term stabilityCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including:•    Medical and dental insurance•    Company sponsored life insurance•    Retirement savings plan•    Short  and long term disability programs•    Tuition assistanceSalary Range: $102,000 - $128,000AODA StatementA.O.
