Location: Toronto, Ontario Duration: 06 Months Experience Required: 8 years Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Guidewire Quality Engineer to join our IT team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of Guidewire Insurance Suite implementations, specifically the Billing Center, through test planning, automation, execution, and defect management. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with Guidewire systems. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience with Guidewire systems, particularly the Billing Center. Proficiency in test planning, automation, execution, and defect management. Strong technical skills and attention to detail. Experience with tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, REST Assured, Postman, JMeter. Familiarity with defect management tools like JIRA, Client ALM, Azure DevOps. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Experience in API testing and data validation between Guidewire and external systems. Participation in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives). Support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation activities. Ensuring test coverage, traceability, and compliance with QA standards. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to understand functional and technical requirements. Design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts for Guidewire applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of Guidewire modules.
