Job DescriptionAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a Client Care & Marketing Coordinator to join and support a leading real estate professional in North York known for his local presence and client-centric service approach.  This is a hybrid position with remote and in office hours of approximately 20-30 per week (potential to move full-time).This new role blends client communication, creative marketing, and strategic business development. You’ll help strengthen client relationships, build brand awareness, and generate leads through smart, streamlined marketing initiatives — from social media and blog content to website updates and community engagement.You’ll also collaborate closely with the Administrative Assistant, ensuring smooth coordination between both roles and providing occasional coverage when needed. Together, you’ll create a seamless, high-touch experience for clients and keep daily operations running efficiently.Key Responsibilities Client Care & CommunicationServe as a professional, friendly point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive experience from first inquiry to post-closing follow-up.Maintain and update client databases (CRM) to ensure accurate and timely communication.Manage client appreciation initiatives, milestone touchpoints, and testimonial requests.Coordinate listing updates, showing feedback, and post-sale client communication.Collaborate with the Administrative Assistant to ensure consistent communication and client coverage.Marketing, Lead Generation & StrategyDevelop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan across social media, website, email, and community channels.Create and schedule engaging social media content that reflects the brand voice and market expertise.Update and optimize the website and blog, producing SEO-friendly content to drive organic leads.Research and implement lead generation strategies (digital funnels, ads, and partnerships).Track marketing performance and provide insights to refine strategy and ROI.Design marketing materials such as feature sheets, postcards, newsletters, and listing campaigns using Canva or similar tools.Support marketing initiatives for open houses, events, and client appreciation activities.Creative & Business SupportProvide occasional coverage and support for administrative tasks when required (e.g., coordinating listings, managing schedules, or vendor communications).Collaborate to identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth.Maintain organized archives of marketing templates, photos, and digital assets.Contribute ideas that enhance brand consistency and client experience across all platforms.Requirements2+ years of experience in marketing, client care, or real estate administration.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-service focus.Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and CRM systems (Follow Up Boss preferred).Knowledge of SEO, blog writing, and basic website editing (WordPress or similar).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.Ability to collaborate effectively while managing independent responsibilities.Creative, proactive, and tech-savvy — with a passion for real estate and branding.BenefitsHybrid combination of remote and in office work - located on Sheppard Ave W in North York.  This is a dynamic opportunity to shape an established Realtor’s brand while delivering exceptional service to clients. Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Service-oriented, professional, and positive demeanor. Comfortable learning new systems and technologies. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Thrive under pressure with tight deadlines. Availability: Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed (not often). Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
