Description :Duties and Responsibilities:Support all parts functions including parts sales, sourcing and ordering used parts; Inventory controlDevelop and maintain customer relationships through front counter sales and shop parts salesPulling customer and branch parts orders, processing parts credits and Core inspectionsSorting and binning incoming stock, packing and labeling parts orders for shipmentParticipate in parts related special projects and assignments, call quality and performance initiatives as required Support and engagement in all Health and Safety related activitiesSupport in all Employee Experience Survey (ESS) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) activitiesOther functions may include but are not limited to:NEP sourcing of CAT and non-CAT partsHydraulic Hose buildingProcurement of non-CAT partsManaging backordered partsQualifications:Journeyperson Parts Certification (Red Seal preferred) coupled with previous parts, warehouse, front counter, sales experience and Caterpillar product knowledgeDrivers’ Abstract (5 year)Knowledge in expanded mining is considered an assetA high performance, positive attitude and the ability to build and maintain respectful working relationshipsClearly demonstrate enthusiasm about their work and must be able to function effectively and purposefully in a dynamic environmentAbility to deal with difficult situations and potentially unhappy customersCapable of working with minimal supervisionComputer literacy with applicable software knowledge along with shop parts experienceExperience with SIS, AIMS, Antares, SIMSi, InfoCast, Lawson M3, Landmark Smart Office, M3 Sales Automation and the MS Office Package will be considered assetsIndustry experience in the following areas would be considered strong assets to a successful candidacy: mining, heavy construction and technology productsImportant Details: This position is located at Artemis Blackwater Mine on a 14 x 14 continuous shift rotationCustomer Camp Accommodations is providedA condition of employment is the ability to be fit tested and the ability to wear a respiratorYou may be required to obtain access to Customer Sites which could include meeting additional requirementsUnion Membership: You are required to become a member of the Union associated with this position.
