Education and Experience Successful completion of a post secondary education program related to information technology systems management  Minimum of two years' experience or a suitable combination of education and experience  Previous experience working in a PreK-12 school division Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Azure/365, Google Workspace certifications are highly valued  Extensive hands-on technical knowledge of network systems, protocols, and standards  Strong knowledge of modern network management and analysis tools  Extensive experience with client/server and operating systems including Windows 10/11, macOS, and Linux  Experience working in a switched and routed network environment  Hardware, software, and network troubleshooting experience  Working technical knowledge of current network hardware, including but not limited to, Cisco Catalyst series switches, Meraki, Juniper, and Palo Alto devices  Knowledge of cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and anti-virus software  Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws such as LAFOIP, GDPR and CCPA  Valid Class 5 Driver's License  The Person You are energetic and intuitive with a strong work ethic and a focus on customer service.
