Job Summary: As a Driver/Loader, you will operate a waste collection or recycling vehicle and assist in loading curbside materials. You will be a key part of our front-line team, ensuring that collection routes are completed safely, efficiently, and with excellent customer service.   Key Responsibilities: Operate waste collection and/or recycling trucks on assigned routes Load garbage and recyclables from curbsides into the truck Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while on the job Deliver friendly, professional customer service in accordance with company standards Complete routes in a timely and efficient manner Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs) Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly   Requirements: Valid AZ/DZ license with a clean abstract and CVOR Minimum 1 year of proven driving experience Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to pass a background check including MTO medical, drug test, criminal record check, license verification, and employment history Reliable, punctual, and a team player Proven ability to multi-task & ability to prioritize tasks. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
