Airport Security GuardWe are currently hiring professional and dependable Airport Security Guards to support safety and security operations in a fast-paced aviation environment. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a secure and welcoming atmosphere for passengers, staff, and airport partners.  What We Offer  Competitive wagesUniforms provided at no costDevelopment and training through Paladin’s Learning Management SystemOpportunities for career growth in the field or corporateMay be eligible for extended health and dental benefitsMay be eligible for Employee and Family Assistance ProgramExclusive discounts for employeesResponsibilities  Conduct access control and credential verificationPatrol airport terminals, airside, and restricted areasMonitor CCTV and alarm systemsRespond to security incidents, emergencies, and suspicious activityEnforce airport rules, safety procedures, and security protocolsProvide directions and customer service to passengers and visitorsComplete accurate reports and logs as requiredLiaise with airport authorities, airline staff, and emergency respondersQualifications  Valid BC Security Guard Licence (or willingness to obtain)Basic First Aid Training (or willingness to obtain)Clear Criminal Record CheckAbility to obtain and maintain airport security clearance / RAICStrong communication and conflict-management skillsProfessional appearance and customer-focused approachAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsFlexible availability for rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays)Legal eligibility to work in CanadaPrevious airport, aviation, or high-security experience is an assetPaladin Security will assist in processing the Transport Security Clearance if needed. Please check the Transportation Security Clearance Program for more information on how to obtain the Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
