The ideal candidate is a motivated student with a strong interest in user-centered design, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This co-op opportunity offers hands-on experience in product design, the ability to develop practical skills, and exposure to how design decisions support both user needs and business objectives. What will you be doing? Support user research (persona building) Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups Create the design library for the products Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers Contribute to design systems and documentation Other duties as required What are we looking for? Currently enrolled in a UX, HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related program Strong design portfolio (school or personal projects welcome) Proficiency with Figma or similar tools Understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience with user research Familiarity with design systems Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS This is a full-time permanent position reporting to the Vice President of Product Management.
