Warehouse Associate

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a vital, hands-on position where your expertise in warehousing will directly ensure the efficiency and accuracy of our daily distribution. If you thrive on precision, prioritize safety, and are ready to be the powerhouse behind our inventory flow, we encourage you to applyAdvantages- Pay: $19-$21 per hour. - Schedule: Monday to Friday 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM- Location: Richmond Hill, ON (transit accessible)- Opportunity for Temp to Perm- Weekly pay through RandstadResponsibilities- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specific requirements and quality standards.- Use RF scanners and digital inventory systems to track the movement of goods and ensure data accuracy.- Manage shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming stock against documentation and preparing outgoing parcels.- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support a safe and efficient environment for the team.- Perform regular inventory counts and replenish stock levels to ensure a steady workflow.- Follow all established health and safety protocols, including the consistent use of required personal protective equipment.- Complete general operational tasks as assigned to help the team meet daily production targets.- Work with colleagues to identify and resolve any discrepancies in orders or stock levels.Qualifications- Experience working in a warehouse environment- Experience using RF scanners- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Able to lift up to 50lbs and physically stand and walk throughout the warehouse- Completion of high school or equivalent- Experience using the Forklift is an assetSummaryWe are an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
