Machine Learning Engineer

Description: Stellantis is seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Developer with strong hands-on experience in Python, the Azure AI ecosystem, and Databricks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and deploying generative AI solutions on the Azure platform, preferably in the automotive domain. This role is perfect for someone passionate about cutting-edge AI technologies and who can interface with cross functional teams to come up unique solutions. Summary of Responsibilities: · Design, develop, and deploy generative AI solutions using Python and Azure AI services. · Utilize Databricks components for data preparation, model training, and deployment. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable AI solutions. · Implement and optimize solutions using OpenAI-based models and large language models (LLMs). · Apply techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic AI in solution design. · Ensure best practices in model governance, performance, and security. · Work closely with teams across different time zones. · Communicate effectively with stakeholders and contribute to a team-oriented consulting environment. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. · 3+ years of industry experience in machine learning and AI solution development. · At least 2 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer. · Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI development on Azure. · Strong programming skills in Python. · Experience with Azure AI services and Databricks is a must. · Experience in the automotive domain is preferred. · Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a consulting environment. · Team player comfortable working with distributed teams and offshore collaboration. Preferred Requirements: · Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence. · Experience developing and deploying GenAI solutions using OpenAI models on Azure. · Knowledge of RAG, large language models, and agentic AI frameworks. · Exposure to Agile methodologies and AI project delivery.
