Come join our teamWhat you’ll do:Interpret insurance contracts, resolve policy coverages, establish and adjust reserves in accordance with corporate guidelinesTo appropriately handle Accident Benefits claims according to individual authority, knowledge and expertise.Acquire investigative reports, independent medical examination where appropriate, statements from insured's/witnesses and other specialists as requiredEducate customers and providers of any new auto reform changesEnsure all aspects of the claim process are handled optimally and within company guidelinesAssist in resolving claims issues with respect to interpretations, as they relate to the legislation and settlement negotiationsEnsure service levels and quality standards are met by approved specialistsEducate our insureds about Premiere Healthcare networkAttend and actively participate in training and file clinic sessionsWhat you’ll bring:College Diploma/ Associate Degree or similar experience2+ years of Accident Benefits insurance claims handling experience is required requiredLarge Loss experience is preferredPost-secondary Education (College Diploma or Bachelor Degree) in related field.CIP or working towards CIP is required for licensingExcellent customer services skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to learn and adapt to a fast paced environmentGood organization skillsAbility to adapt and work within various computer programs, databases and softwareWhat you’ll get: Compelling rewards package including base compensation, eligibility for annual bonus, retirement savings, share plan, health benefits, personal wellness, and volunteer opportunities.Outstanding Career Development opportunities.
