The Role: Your responsibilities will include:Delivering English lessons and guidance to students.Creating a fun and engaging classroom environment by facilitating one-on-one or group instruction & utilizing world class teaching methods.Leading discussions, assessing student performance and providing constructive feedback.Position Details:Start Date:Immediate upon completion of the recruitment processTeaching Hours:Guaranteed approximately 30 hours per weekStudents: Adult professionals over the age of 18Students are based throughout Europe, Asia, the Middle East and South AmericaRemuneration:Set base rate of 10 USD per hourContract type:You will be contracted by The Really Great Teacher Company as an Independent Service ProviderLocation:Work from the convenience of your homeIdeal Profile: You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience.You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.You have engaging and inspiring communication skills.You are punctual and precise timekeeping.You are available to fit into allocated teaching shift slots.You are aligned with The Really Great Teacher Company's values and a culture fit.You have a Bachelor's Degree or higher (Any field).You have accredited 120 Hours or above TEFL, TESOL, CELTA.You have 6 months teaching or tutoring experience.English First Language Speakers from the UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, and New ZealandPC specifications Processor: Intel ® Core™ i5 CPU @2.0GHz (8 CPUs) or greaterMemory: 8GB RAM or greaterBackup power Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) with a battery life up to 4-5 hours (2000VA) (or willing to purchase before commencing teaching)A stable fibre internet connectionAt a minimum of 20 mbps upload and download speedsPC is connected via a LAN cable and not via a Wi-Fi connectionNoise-cancelling headsets and HD web camera.
