Job Title: Content Designer III – CAD & AI Products Location & Work Mode:100% Remote, CanadaCore working hours are 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with flexibility to start early or late as needed. Experience: 5+ Years Role Summary NearSource is looking for a Content Designer III to support enterprise-grade construction software initiatives for a Fortune 500 product company. This role focuses on designing high-quality learning and in-product content that improves clarity, usability, and adoption across CAD and AI-powered experiences. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to define content standards and evaluate AI-driven experiences, ensuring consistency, effectiveness, and customer success. Key Responsibilities Review and assess AI-driven product experiences from a content design perspective, focusing on completeness, clarity, formatting, conciseness, voice, tone, and personalizationDefine and implement a structured methodology for evaluating the quality of AI-generated content responsesDrive content design decisions that improve product usability, learnability, and customer adoptionPartner with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver cohesive, high-quality software experiencesLeverage qualitative and quantitative insights to inform continuous content and experience improvementsContribute to and maintain content standards across construction-focused CAD productsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to align content strategy with overall customer experience goals Must-Have Skills Proven experience writing and structuring help, learning, or in-product content for software applicationsStrong background in designing intuitive and easy-to-learn software experiencesHands-on experience working with AI-powered software featuresExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholdersExperience contributing to or delivering production-grade software applicationsStrong sense of ownership, accountability, and self-motivationBachelor's degree in Content, Design, Engineering, Software, Communication, or a related field Nice-to-Have Skills Experience working within the AEC industryExposure to or hands-on experience with generative AI technologies Apply now, or share your resume with salary expectations at careers@nearsource.ca.Thank you for considering a career with us.
