Member Services Representative - Contract Join Our Professional Services client as a Member Services Representative for a contract role that starts asap through until the end of March with a potential extension Location: Vancouver West Side Hours: 9am-5pm Monday – Friday Contract Starts: Asap – End of March with possible extension Pay: $26.00 per hour plus vacation pay Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating meaningful member experiences? If so, we’d love to have you join our team Our Professional Services Client is dedicated to supporting and advancing their members, professionals who make a difference in their field every day. As a Member Services Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful contact who ensures our members receive timely, accurate, and professional support. What You’ll Do Serve as the first point of contact for members, primarily over the phone, and also via email and in person. Provide information and assistance related to membership, Professional Development Program registration and event ticketing. Ensure all member interactions are handled efficiently, accurately, and with exceptional and professional service. Collaborate closely with team members to maintain smooth and responsive front-line operations. General Administrative Assistant duties Who You Are You’re enthusiastic, personable, and committed to outstanding customer service. You are adaptable, flexible and pro-active and have strong administrate skills You thrive on solving problems and ensuring members feel valued and supported. You communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing. You enjoy being part of a collaborative, purpose-driven team. What You Bring Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or office environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook). Proven administrative and data entry skills and excellent attention to detail. Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
