JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Work closely with brewing department to place material purchase orders and ensure materials arrive on time for brewery productionAttend daily meetings with brewery operations to communicate material supply risk and prioritiesMonitor vendor and carrier on time performanceCollaborate with centralized supply planning to ensure consistency in materials and supply plansPlay a key role in ordering new ingredients for innovations and special projects, and aligning planning and brewing teams on production timingWork closely with procurement to maintain vendor policies and proceduresMaintain CWC (Core Working Capital) for brewing materialsParticipate in continuous improvement/root cause analysis initiativesJOB QUALIFICATIONS:University degree in supply chain or logistics.2 years in various Logistics/Manufacturing environmentsStrong communication skillsCustomer service approachHigh degree of self-motivationAbility to multi-taskEffective critical thinking and problem-solving skillsTechnical Competencies: Advanced Excel skills (functions, pivots, vlookups), Computer skills in APS tools, SAP; VBA experience is not required, but an asset.Power Bi experience is considered as an asset.WHY LABATT:  As one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers, Labatt is a place where our people can bring out the best in themselves through a collective purpose of creating A Future With More Cheers.
