CNC Machinist

Shift - All Shifts
Pay - $25-$30/hr
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and grinders, to manufacture precision components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
- Choose appropriate tools, materials, and machine settings to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor machine operations, making real-time adjustments to maintain product quality and precision.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot CNC equipment to prevent downtime.
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to enhance machining processes and efficiency.
- Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree or machining certification is preferred.
- Hands-on experience as a CNC Machinist with expertise in CNC machine operation.
- Strong knowledge of G-code programming and CNC setup.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and machining specifications.
- Proficiency in quality control methods and measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
