We have the position for you We are seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse with a dedication for delivering compassionate patient care to join our team at Highland Health & Family Development Centre.In accordance with the established vision and values of the organization, the Team Leader coordinates Home Support Services by supervising Community Health Workers, overseeing the implementation of client care plans, providing training and evaluation of personal care techniques, and providing advocacy services. In collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, performs assessments, plans, implements and provides personal and nursing care to clients in a community health setting. Provides nursing procedures within the LPN Standards of Practice as outlined by BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).Prince George Prince George is the centre of business, education, health and culture for northern British Columbia and services a rural population of about 300,000.
