Accurately confirming service coverage or warranties and clearly communicating next steps. Preparing precise estimates for labour, parts and materials. Creating detailed repair orders that reflect both client input and technician diagnostics. Keeping clients informed with transparent updates, realistic timelines and thoughtful follow-up. Maintaining accurate service records and staying aligned with our service standards. Proactively identifying ways to enhance the client experience through every interaction. What you bring to the team: Experience in a dealership is great, if not, don’t worry just bring your positive attitude A hands-on, problem-solving attitude, ready to jump in, tackle challenges, and keep things moving Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A professional, composed and collaborative mindset. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.
