Gillfor Distribution is seeking a Warehouse / Yard Worker to join our branch in London, Ontario. As part of our Lumber Yard team at our London Distribution Centre, you will work in a team environment reporting directly to our Yard Supervisor. You will be responsible for efficiently and accurately assembling customer orders, serving customers in the yard, maintaining the presentation and organization of warehouse materials and loading customer trucks. This is a full-time, in-person position at our London, Ontario location.Responsibilities:Serve customers as they enter the yardLoad and unload building materials operating a forkliftPrepare, pick and pack customer ordersQualifications:Previous experience in lumber and building material industryGood verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented with commitment to doing things rightStrong customer service skillsAbility to lift and carry items up to 60 lbs on a daily basisAdditional Information:Group Benefit Plan availableRRSP Contribution availableCompetitive Compensation Packages availableOpportunities for advancement within the companyJob Type: Full-time, PermanentGillfor Distribution is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
