Job Title: Senior GCP MLOps Engineer Location: Mississauga, Ontario Duration: 06 Months Experience Required: 6+ years Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Senior GCP MLOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, automating, and managing scalable machine learning pipelines and deployments on Google Cloud Platform. Required Skills & Qualifications Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform services including AI Platform (Vertex AI), Cloud Storage, Big Query, Cloud Functions, Cloud Pub/Sub, Cloud Build, Airflow, and Cloud Run. Strong understanding of ML concepts and LLMs including training, validation, hyperparameter tuning, and evaluation. Proficiency with TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. Experience in data preprocessing, ETL, and data pipelines using PySpark/Scala on serverless Dataproc. Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Looper Pro for model versioning, continuous training, and deployment using Vertex AI pipelines. Strong programming skills in Python, Bash, and SQL for automation of workflows and ML pipelines. Experience with containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes (GKE) and Docker. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience with Helm charts and YAML for Kubernetes deployments. Familiarity with cloud monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana. Understanding of VPC, firewall rules, and service accounts. Experience managing secrets using Secret Manager. Experience with model performance monitoring using Vertex AI Model Monitoring. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Build and automate scalable machine learning pipelines and deployments on GCP. Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment. Monitor and maintain the performance of deployed models and pipelines.
