Job Posting Wellness Director Organization: RKY Camp Location: Parham, ON (north of Kingston, ON) Reports to: Camp Director Registered Nurse Pay Rate: up to $1,500 per week for registered nurses, based on experience. Nursing Student Pay Rate: starting at $550 per week (+$60-80 per week based on years of Nursing school) with additional compensation provided for relevant certifications, and experience. Contract Dates: June 15 – August 28, 2026 The Wellness Director provides support in all areas of camp to ensure a healthy and safe camp environment for participants and staff, physically, socially, and emotionally. They ensure a healthy environment is maintained through regular check-ins with campers and staff, dispensing medications, and providing a high degree of health-related care for campers and staff. The Wellness Director is responsible for camper information systems at camp, including parent/guardian communication and camper information, and will maintain detailed recordkeeping. The Wellness Director will also support and be a resource for campers and staff with mental health concerns. As a senior staff member, the Wellness Director provides significant support to the day-to-day operations and administration of RKY Camp. Required: Standard First Aid with CPR-C, G-Class Driver’s License, Mental Health First Aid, minimum three years in a Professional Nursing program. Preferred: RN, RPN/LPN, MD, EMT.
