Join our team as a Senior Planner, where you’ll play a key role in developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring progress is tracked, and mentoring a talented planning team. We are looking for Senior Planners to be based from our Saskatoon, Missisauga and Calgary offices. What You’ll Do: Lead Project Planning: Develop and maintain the master project schedule to meet objectives.Team Leadership: Manage and mentor planners/schedulers, ensuring they have the tools and skills to succeed.Safety First: Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.Schedule Development: Create and refine detailed schedules, identify critical paths, and set baselines.Monitor & Report: Track progress, generate reports, and resolve scheduling issues.Vendor Coordination: Manage vendor and contractor schedules, ensuring timely delivery.Change Management: Update schedules and address impacts when changes occur.Progress Measurement: Calculate earned value and monitor project performance. What We’re Looking For: Essential Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience)2–4 years in a managerial role + 5–8 years as a planner in multi-discipline projectsStrong technical knowledge and understanding of project management principlesProficiency in Primavera P6Familiarity with estimating, tendering, and risk management Preferred Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and organizational abilitiesComputer literacy (MS Office)Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines  Why join us?Work with great people to make a differenceCollaborate on exciting projects to develop innovative solutionsTop employerWhat we offer you? Flexible work environmentLong term career developmentThink globally, work locally Don't meet every single requirement?
