This is a part-time position ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a collaborative studio environment and has a strong eye for detail, lighting, materials, and spatial storytelling. Can be based in Edmonton or Calgary.You will work closely with architects and designers to produce high-quality visualizations that support design development, client presentations, and marketing efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality 3D renderings, perspectives, and animations for architectural and interior projects - must have done this type of work, ideally high level projectsDevelop realistic lighting, textures, materials, and environmentsTranslate design drawings, sketches, and Revit/AutoCAD models into compelling visualsSupport concept design, design development, and presentation stagesAssist with presentation graphics, diagrams, and visual storytellingCollaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and design intentMaintain consistent visual standards across projectsWHAT'S REQUIREDDiploma or degree in Architectural Technology, Visualization, Design, or a related field3+ years of professional experience in architectural visualizationStrong proficiency in tools such as:3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender or similarV-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion or equivalentAdobe Creative SuiteExperience working with Revit and/or AutoCAD models preferredStrong understanding of architecture, materials, lighting, and compositionExcellent attention to detail and design sensibilityAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesExperience working in high level design firms and possess a strong portfolio of workBased physically in Alberta (not a remote role)WHAT YOU GET IN RETURNPart-time role (approximately 25 hours per week), but this is negotiableCompetitive hourly compensation based on experienceFlexible work environmentOpportunity to work on high-quality architectural projectsSupportive, creative, and collaborative studio cultureWHAT TO DO NOWQualified candidates are invited to click apply and submit a resume and portfolio directly to the recruiter for review,, or contact Laura Shalev at lshalev@talentsphere.ca.
