QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Training And Experience A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in a related health discipline, public policy administration, English (composition), or communications and five (5) years' recent related experience including two (2) years' experience in policy development, implementation, and evaluation. Skills And Abilities Exceptional business writing, clinical document writing, and editorial abilities. Strong project management skills, including ability to engage and manage partners and interested parties in a respectful, tactful and effective manner. Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize complicated and technical information into easily understandable content and recommendations. Effectively utilizes creativity to develop, implement and evaluate innovative policy and related materials, taking into consideration the impact on health care outcomes. Effectively acts as a change agent for the introduction and implementation of innovative and creative ideas, tools, templates and processes. Demonstrates effective negotiation/mediation skills and/or the application of effective conflict negotiation/resolution skills to build consensus among groups. Exhibits excellent time management skills to prioritize and complete assignments and schedule activities. Self-motivated and self-sufficient; work wells independently but also as part of a larger team. Strong communication, organization, note-taking, and presentation skills.
