Account Director William Thomas Digital (WTD) is seeking an Account Director to lead key client relationships, drive revenue growth, and help deliver world-class, personalized customer experiences. This is a hands-on, strategic, and commercial role. You'll build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders, forecast and grow your clients, and work closely with strategists, creatives, and technologists to bring bold, effective programs to life. You'll ensure we're not just meeting expectations but we're pushing the work forward, making clients successful, and delivering results that matter. Client success is your north star. What You'll Do Lead Client Relationships Serve as the senior day-to-day lead for one or more of WTD's top client accountsBuild long-term partnerships by deeply understanding your clients' business, goals, and customersAct as a trusted advisor to VP- and Director-level stakeholders, helping them navigate complexity and make bold, smart decisionsGuide conversations that matter, from roadmap planning and QBRs to executive check-ins and in-the-moment problem solving Drive Growth and Revenue Own the commercial success of your accounts including revenue, margin, pipeline, and forecastingIdentify whitespace opportunities, shape new scopes of work, and influence roadmaps that drive business forwardCollaborate with internal teams to craft proposals, pitches, and business cases that unlock value for both the client and WTDDeliver accurate forecasts, ensure healthy margins, and keep a close eye on account performance Deliver with Excellence Ensure all work we deliver is on-brand, on-brief, and drives results whether it's a major strategic initiative or a day-to-day campaignTranslate client goals into clear plans and work with cross-functional teams to execute themStep in where needed to review deliverables, clarify strategy, help shape messaging, or keep a project on trackMaintain a high bar for quality, consistency, and momentum Collaborate Across Teams Partner closely with strategists, creatives, technologists, and data specialists to shape integrated solutions that workChampion clarity, communication, and shared accountability across every phase of deliveryHelp unblock challenges and create the conditions for teams to do their best work What You Bring 7 to 10 years of experience in a client-facing role at a CRM, CX, digital marketing, or consulting firmA proven track record of growing accounts, building client trust, and delivering measurable impactExperience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, high-visibility workGood mentorship and team leadership abilities. Ability to mentor and grow team mates earlier in their careersStrong understanding of CRM, personalization, marketing automation, and data-driven marketingFamiliarity with platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe, or Bloomreach is a strong assetA commercial mindset with a clear understanding of revenue ownership, margin, forecasting, and opportunity developmentConfident communication skills written, verbal, and visual.
