Job descriptionHireArt is helping our client find a Parts Specialist to join its team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the NPI Manager to support fleet expansion vehicle builds, ensuring parts and materials are accurately tracked, organized, and available to meet build timelines.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally with managers, technicians, and engineers in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.As a Parts Specialist, you will:Collaborate with managers, technicians, and engineers to ensure all build materials are properly managed.Track and maintain inventory across multiple sites.Perform Incoming Quality Checks (IQC) in accordance with engineering guidelines.Proactively escalate part shortages and potential build blockers.Organize inventory and prepare build kits based on detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs).Requirements2+ years of experience in inventory management or a related roleStrong organizational skills with clear, effective communicationProficiency with Windows, Mac, or Linux-based computer systemsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel for parts tracking, inventory counts, and basic reportingHigh attention to detail with a process-driven mindsetAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to lift at least 30 lbsBenefits: PTO and paid holidaysPre-tax commuter benefitsEmployer (HireArt) Subsidized healthcare benefitsFlexible Spending Account for healthcare-related costsHireArt covers all costs for short- and long-term disability and life insurance401k packageCommitment: This is a 12-month, full-time contract position staffed via HireArt.
