Contact emergency responders when required. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of information. Respond to inquiries appropriately and professionally. Use two-way radios and computer applications. Act with professionalism, integrity, and a strong focus on workplace safety. Support, motivate, and inspire co-workers to uphold Paladin standards.RequirementsMust be within 30 minutes of Wabasca Must be able to work night shift Must be able to work 12-hour shifts Availability for a variety of shifts including weekends Ability to obtain Alberta Security License Valid Class 5 driver’s license & personal vehicle Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities Ability to write detailed reports and maintain logs Ability to make immediate decisions under pressure High level of discretion when handling confidential information Physical ability to walk 18–20 km and climb stairs Must be legally authorized to work in Canada First Aid & CPR Level C certificationBenefitsHealth Care Dental Competitive wages Uniforms with monthly dry-cleaning allowance National-level growth opportunities DailyPay option (access earnings before payday)
