Responsibilities Prepare and cook our award winning food including sizzling fajitas, classic Tex-Mex dishes & AAA steaks. Lean and follow recipe specifications to ensure that the right flavour profiles are being achieved and portion control is maintained. Demonstrate the ability to multi-task by attending to multiple orders at the same time. Collaborate with our service staff to ensure that our best products are being prepared and served to our guests. Work with our culinary team to maintain the overall cleanliness of the kitchen. Requirements Lift items up to 30lbs. The ability to remain physically active and busy for the duration of your shift. Previous culinary experience is an asset but not required.
