Broan-Nutone is looking for an enterprising, analytical and detail-oriented individual to play a crucial role in the company's financial management. This individual will act as a manager and leader for the finance team and will be expected to proactively engage as a financial partner to the supply chain and operations teams in North America. At Broan NuTone, we believe that the uniqueness of each individual is what brings color to the company. Among other things, this person will:

Act as a positive leader for his/her team while ensuring effective and proactive communication; Develop a spirit of continuous improvement; Govern and manage the Canadian legal entity; Provide support to site finance teams, for the monthly closing process and reporting, and provide clear and concise monthly financial summaries, enabling teams to make informed decisions; Support the year-end process, annual inventory counts, audits and other government obligations; Perform cash management; Analyze reports and metrics from Supply Chain, Operations and SG&A departments to identify risks and opportunities; Support managers in budgeting, forecasting and reviewing SG&A expenses, actively participating in the strategic planning process; Contribute to cost reduction projects by actively participating in cost reduction meetings and updating financial calculations and forecasts.

We are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field; CPA, an asset; Bilingualism in French and English is essential; 7 to 10 years' experience in accounting and/or finance; Autonomous and able to adapt to changing priorities; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in ERP systems, financial reporting and advanced Microsoft Excel.
