Requirements AnalysisLead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process walkthroughs to capture business needs and pain points.Produce high‑quality artifacts including:BRD / FRDUser stories and acceptance criteriaUse casesProcess flows (AS‑IS / TO‑BE)Data mapping documentsPerform gap analysis across existing BSS capabilities, including:CRMBilling & Charging (OCS / OFCS)Order ManagementProduct CatalogPaymentsRevenue AssuranceDefine and document non‑functional requirements (NFRs) covering performance, security, availability, and regulatory compliance.2. Solution Design SupportCollaborate closely with Enterprise and Solution Architects to ensure alignment with TM Forum standards (eTOM, TAM, SID).Validate integration patterns and API specifications across BSS, OSS, and external systems, including:REST / SOAP APIsEvent‑driven architecturesMicroservicesContribute to:Logical and physical data modelsReference data definitionsProduct catalog rules (pricing, discounting, bundling).3. Delivery & Quality AssuranceOwn backlog refinement, prioritization, and story readiness within Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Planning).Support SIT, UAT, and regression testing by:Defining test scenariosValidating test resultsManaging defect triage and resolutionEnsure end‑to‑end traceability from requirements → design → testing → release.Maintain change logs, version control, and release documentation.4. Stakeholder & Vendor ManagementAct as a key liaison between:Business teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Finance)Technical teams (Development, QA, DevOps)Align scope, dependencies, and delivery across multiple vendors and platforms, such as:AmdocsNetcrackerEricsson BSCSOracle BRMCSGHuaweiPresent project status, risks, and mitigation plans.Support release readiness activities and go‑live communications.5. Process & Continuous ImprovementIdentify automation and digitization opportunities, including:Order fallout reductionAutomated credit and adjustment rulesEnhanced self‑care journeysStandardize:Requirements templatesProcess KPIsAcceptance criteria across the BSS portfolioContribute to operational playbooks, SOPs, and knowledge‑base documentation.Essential SkillsDomain Knowledge – Telecom BSSStrong understanding of telecom products:Prepaid, Postpaid, Converged / Family plansFixed, Wireless, 5G, IoTHands‑on experience across BSS domains:CRM (Care & Sales)Billing & Charging (OCS / OFCS)Order Management & OrchestrationProduct CatalogPaymentsRevenue AssuranceFamiliarity with TM Forum frameworks:eTOM (processes)SID (information model)TAM (functional model)Technical & Analytical SkillsStrong in requirements engineering and business analysis best practices.BPMN process modeling, data mapping, and SQL basics for data validation.Understanding of:API specificationsMicroservices architecturesEvent streaming (e.g., Kafka)Integration best practicesProficiency with tools such as:Jira / Azure BoardsConfluenceVisio / LucidchartPostman / SwaggerDesirable SkillsAdditional DetailsKeyword: Business AnalysisPrimary Skill: Business Analysis (Telecom BSS)Experience Required: 8+
