What you’ll do: Oversee the administration, review, and ongoing support of key training initiatives, including centralized sales training, Energy Manager Group Trainings, Training Recommendation Lists, various Energy resources and Energy eLearning, ensuring alignment with business goals.Serve as a primary stakeholder and subject matter expert for training programs administered by other departments, such as ADVANCE, accelerated ADVANCE, providing relevant recommendations to enhance industry trends and develop new training initiatives.Oversee and enhance the Co-op Fuel Team's operations, communications, training, and marketing initiatives to boost engagement and collaboration, while analyzing performance metrics for continuous improvement.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis, producing results that measure success and identify continuous improvement opportunities, while updating operational manuals and program guides to maintain consistency across multiple locations.Lead the planning and execution of departmental meetings and training events by researching venues, coordinating logistics, developing agendas, and managing budgets to ensure engaging and effective training experiences.Who you’ll work with:The Team: You will provide guidance and leadership to the Energy Marketing Specialist and report into the Senior Manager, Energy Products Marketing.
