Your Role as a Civil Engineering Graduate – Land Development: Choose your own adventure Let’s talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. As a Civil Engineering Graduate, your role will include: Working directly with civil engineers and other discipline team members as part of an integrated project team. Participating in the preparation of conceptual to detailed servicing, grading and stormwater management designs of land development projects, including site plans, subdivisions. Preparing civil design drawings using AutoCAD, Civil 3D. Assisting engineers and technologists with project execution during all project phases. Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders. Participating in the preparation of proposals, reports, specifications, and budget estimates. Occasional site visits and inspection duties for various construction projects within the area.
